ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯ ಕಲಾವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿರಪರಿಚಿತ ಹೆಸರು.
ಸುಮಾರು ನಲವತ್ತು ವರ್ಷದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಆಂಡ್ರಾಯ್ಡ್ ಫೋನ್ ಗಳಿಲ್ಲ, ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಲವು ಪ್ರಕಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಆಪ್ ಗಳು ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಏಕೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಡಿ ಟಿ ಪಿ ಅಕ್ಷರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕೆಲವೇ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಅಂತಹ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಖ್ಯಾತ ಕವಿ ಕಾದಂಬರಿಕಾರರು ಬುದ್ದಿಜೀವಿಗಳ ರೇಖಾಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮನೋಜ್ಞವಾಗಿ ಪಡಿಮೂಡಿಸಿದ ಕಲಾವಿದ ನಾ ರೇವನ್. ಇವರ ಕುಂಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಳಿದ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಅಕ್ಷರಗಳು ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯ ಹಿರಿಯರ ಆಹ್ವಾನಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ನೆನಪಿನಂಗಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಭದ್ರವಾಗಿವೆ. ಇವರ ವಾಟರ್ ಕಲರ್ ಪೇಂಟಿಂಗ್, ಮಾಡೆಲ್ ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಚುಸ್, ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಾರ್ಟೂನ್ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಸಹ ಆಕರ್ಷಕ. ರೇವನ್ ಮೇಕಪ್ ಕಲಾವಿದ ಹಾಗೂ ರಂಗಬೂಮಿ ಕಲಾವಿದರೂ ಹೌದು. ಹಲವು ರಂಗ ನಾಟಕ, ಧಾರಾವಾಹಿಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಅಭಿನಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪರಿಚಯ ಇವರ ಕೃತಿಗಳೇ ಹೇಳುತ್ತವೆ.
